John and Jake were both great. I've had a bit of a negative experience trying to get our garage in working order. Suffice to say that John worked hard to give me the best experience possible, Jake was very fast and efficient and friendly. Honestly I didn't expect much, but Barrett Garage Doors will absolutely be recommended to others by myself and my wife.
