Emily did my lashes and left them looking worse than what I went in with. She rushed through the process. My lashes all fell out 2 days after getting them done.Avoid getting your lashes done with Emily.I went back and had them fixed with a different lash tech and she did an amazing job. I’m only giving the 5 stars to her.Emily 1 star ⭐️

The lashes are cute and the staff is nice. However, the pricing is misleading. The website will let you book any style for the intro price. For me, the lash tech asked me to show her inspo for the lashes I wanted. This is when she should have told me that the lashes I wanted did not qualify for the intro price. She went ahead and did them and the front desk advised that they were charging me an extra $60 for my look because they had volume. To some extent it’s understandable to charge extra for volume but not if the website is advertising otherwise. They should at least give you a heads up before they start lashing you. I have a monthly membership which entitles me to two refills per month. I had to leave work an hour early today in order to squeeze in an appointment that worked for me and the salon only to be told that I didn’t have enough lashes left for a refill and the tech didn’t have time for a full set. I asked her to just put in what she normally would for a refill in the hour refill timeframe and that they didn’t have to be perfect. Nope…new policy…can’t do it. So…I left work early for nothing and the tech then sat around doing nothing for the hour she was supposed to spend on me. I cancelled my membership.
