I received a haircut from Linda B. and I was very happy with it. I showed her a picture and she went to work! I was a little scared by the amount of hair coming off, but it really wasn't much at all, she was just detailed on where to cut. I am very picky about my cuts and my blow dry's so I went home and did the blow-dry myself. She got the shape and layering perfect!! It is great that I finally found someone near by that can work with my hair! I will be returning!I give 4 stars not because of Linda B., she was great, but the checking in and out has always been an issue for me. The front desk is nice, but not very focused on customer service and accuracy.Service: Haircut
I booked a haircut and highlights, and hair color with Aldona. I was very disappointed with my haircut. I went back to her for a second appointment expressing my concern thinking she would fix it. I wanted to like my service, but this was a colossal fail. I came in for a Silk Press, which should have lasted more than one day.Sadly, it was a waste of money. I did some research on Silk Presses. It appears my stylist did no more than lightly blow dry my hair and followed with a light flat iron, leaving my hair less than straight in several areas.I was charged $65 for the Silk Press and $20 extra to trim my ends. This was a total disappointing first and last time using JCP Hair salon in Yorktown Mall. The day-after pictures are too embarrassing to show.Service: Hairstyling
