We had a great experience with our air conditioning repair technician. He was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had our AC running perfectly again much faster than expected. He was also very nice to and tolerant of our big nosy dog. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, and we really appreciated his friendly attitude and quality work. Highly recommend for anyone needing AC service or repairs!
We recently had a new heating and cooling system installed by Affordable American Air, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick and his team were professional, hardworking, and honest every step of the way. From the initial meeting to the quoting process and final installation, everything was seamless and stress-free. I worked with Nick and Dejan first — initial details, system sizing, whether or not to get a humidifier, system types, all of it. Both of them were AMAZING. Super polite, super helpful, just awesome attitudes all around. They really went above and beyond explaining everything, answering every question, walking me through the whole process. Honestly felt like talking to good friends. I can’t stress that enough.
