    One hour response time on a high traffic Saturday in Chicago and about 30 minutes to complete the necessary roadside repair. The tech was a good guy and deserves props for helping to keep the world go 'round.

    Nothing worse than being stranded on the side of a snowy road, with a flat and no spare. “Big Chris” made having a flat as pleasant an experience as it could be. Professional, competent and willing to go above and beyond to help. I was back home inside of 90 mins after the initial call to roadside assistance, including the tow to the dealership.
