Small family business who really care about you. I worked specifically with Rita, who helped me during a stressful time. I had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. Just picked up my family minivan after the wife smacked a large snow barge at the end of our drive way. Don personally fixed us right up, quickly and at a very fair price. Both times dropping the vehicle off and picking up the place was packed, telling you immediately that this is a guy that does good honest business. Highly recommend!
They're a decent establishment. I dealt with them via my car insurance recently and they were pretty easy to work with. They try to be fair and considerate even in difficult circumstances.
