He explained his labor shortage and weather problems to me. He then gave my wife and I his word he would have the work by the middle of August.Then got a call on August 5th they would be out Monday August 8th. They came out today and it wasn't great day with rain but they got it done, looks good cleaned everything up and walked me through what was done and how to keep it good. Added a retaining wall, which is also a nice structure. Everything looks beautiful. Pricing was in line with other quotes, but these guys just seemed to know more about decks and patios. Not to mention a couple extras that were not charged - border around patio was extended to include the post area, instead of in the ground next to patio. “I have been using Naturescape for at least 6 years. I am very happy with their service. If I have any issue (which I have only had 1 or 2 times), they address it immediately and correct it. The majority of the technicians who come are extremely cordial and if I have any problem areas in the yard, they concentrate on those areas and work hard to eliminate the problem.
