Ashley was our designer and was awesome to work with from the beginning. She really listened to what I was looking for - plantings that were hardy, relatively maintenance-free and easy to take care of, while still fitting naturally with the surroundings. She had so many great ideas that we ended up implementing into the project, and they were perfect for what we wanted. She has such an upbeat, positive personality and is just very easy to work with. She also helped us with the initial watering schedule and came back out when I asked her to take a look at how everything was doing after the project was completed.
Adam was the site supervisor and was also great to work with. He answered all of my questions, kept the overall project moving and made sure they were respectful of the neighbors, especially when bringing in the heavier equipment.
Chris managed the crew and did a great job keeping everything moving and organized. At the end of each day, he made sure the site was cleaned up and left in good shape.
Ryan in the office was also great to deal with, whether it was handling payments or answering questions along the way.
What really stood out to me was that everyone I dealt with was easy to work with and genuinely seemed to care about the job. Bret-Mar is a family-owned business, and you really do feel that personal touch.
