“Great job on new TimberTech deck with lookout joist and Azek Dry Space underneath, Unilock patio downstairs and two two sets of French doors upstairs. Added a retaining wall, which is also a nice structure. Everything looks beautiful. Pricing was in line with other quotes, but these guys just seemed to know more about decks and patios. Not to mention a couple extras that were not charged - border around patio was extended to include the post area, instead of in the ground next to patio. “KD just completed a makeover of our backyard, including a stamped concrete patio, multiple new beds with a variety of trees and shrubs, addition of a hot tub, a natural rock set of steps, and correcting the irrigation system design. All of their work was top notch. The owner is very attentive and hands on with the work. KD also has a number of subcontractors specializing in screening in patios, painting, electrical, natural gas connections and gutter covers, all of whom were high quality and responsible. We will work with them on any outdoor project we have.“

“I recently had a tree cut down by Ginkgo. Not only were they able to accommodate my schedule by removing the tree 3 days after I obtained a quote, but they were also 30% lower than the next best offer. The tree was approximately 40 ft tall and surrounded on three sides by a nearby fence and within 10 ft of my home. The crew worked together as a team and you could tell that they were very experienced. Despite the close quarters in which they had to work, they got the entire tree down in about 1 and 1/2 hours without incident. They ground down the large stump and cleaned up the area. It was pretty impressive watching the guy in the tree with the chainsaw and how he tied things off prior to cutting the limbs and the guys on the ground directed which way the limbs would fall to avoid any damage. Given the cost and the experience of the crew that took the tree down, I was very impressed. I have already recommended them to two friends.“

“With the start of the pandemic, we felt it was an opportunity to fast-track our pool project. Unfortunately, that also seemed to be other people's plan as well. Like with any other manufacturing in general, there were a lot of delays in equipment. They did their best to work around what they were able to control beyond the pool manufacturer. People have to understand that the pool business is very dynamic and fluid - even more so thru COVID. There's a lot of moving pieces to the puzzle to make it all work. We did end up going thru several months of delay due to COVID. Some of the delay was on the pool manufacturer - but again, you have to understand that 2020 created a demand that they were not prepared for. The entire team did the best they could and made accommodations to make it all work in the end. We were very happy with the finished product and excited for 2021. We decided to go with Elemental based on neighbor recommendations and competitive pricing. From start to finish Mike B. and his team did right by us. He was easy to work with, extremely communicative and responsive, and got results to get things moving or back on track. His team also did a great job - again, installing pools is not easy. If you don't have patience, or are not flexible - it doesn't matter what company you select, there will be things that are out of their control and you have to be willing to work with that; especially now. If you can't, move on from any pool project from any company. Elemental took care of business at the end of the day and couldn't be happier with the pool. Ask for Mike B. and he will take care of things because he actually cares that families are satisfied with the end result. Also special thanks to Courtney and Nick and the landscaping crew who went the extra mile to make my project perfect! [and that reviewer that said their water was green - that was nothing compared to the swamp land I had growing in mine (cover was delayed). However, Mike and Nick assured me not to worry and I trusted them...a week later, the pool was super crystal clean. They know their pools!]“
