I went in for a pedicure. I was told while I was already in the chair with my feet in the water that it would be a 5 dollar charge to remove my no chip polish. I think you should let your customers know when they walk in the door. The service given was not good. The staff was friendly. Needs improvement
They are understaffed. I had an appointment at 6. They took me to the pedicure chairs where I sat soaking my feet (No jets)for 30 minutes. The water became cold so I removed my feet and sat for 20 more minutes before they started my pedicure. Not the first time I’ve had issues here.
I have been going here for years! Always consistent with my manicure and pedicures. The quality has been great and they get me in pretty quick when I call a few hours ahead.Service: Dip powder
