Came in with a shoulder injury and had never done physical therapy before, so I was a bit skeptical at first. John was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The plan he created truly helped alleviate my shoulder issue sooner than I was expecting. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend.
Katie was kind, caring and patient with me special needs teen daughter. She always enjoyed going to therapy. Lots of laughter kept her engaged and encouraged her to put in the work to get better.
