“I have been getting my hair down with Cecilia since she started up in her basement. To watch her successfully blossom in her new salon. Not only is she wonderful at her job. She treats us ladies like princesses. Giving us iced coffee, snacks pastries and water. I highly recommend her she is patient and will find a way to make your hair work the way you want it.“
