You get to answer some skincare questions, so the facial kit is for your type skin, which is very nice as I have sensitive skin.It came quickly, in a cute little bag and easy to follow instructions. Even though the instructions were easy to follow, I watched an online video tutorial, which I appreciated.I finally did my first home facial and loved it! Easy to use, and my skin looks and feels amazing. Wish I lived nearby so I could go in person and have a personal facial.
