Shirley does an amazing job piercing. She has done a couple of piercings on my wife and she has done a great job. She is very knowledgeable in her job and gives great aftercare instructions. If you are nervous about a piercing we would highly recommend seeing Shirley. She is the best!

Been a minute since I visited tomato tattoo in Lisle, one of the best tattoo studios in Chicago-land and the western suburbs. I came back for a color tattoo designed by one of the tattoo shop's artists, Alec.
Alec is an excellent tattoo artist here and he's done a couple of my tattoos. I plan to go back to this tattoo artist, as I've been getting more tattoos. Alec is friendly, chill, accommodating, and a great tattoo artist in Chicago.
The tattoo shop's atmosphere is fun and laid back. It is more of an informal tattoo shop that has good vibes and friendly tattoo artists, piercers, and other body artists. They are nice and helpful to New customers, accommodating walk-ins with friendly service, which was very evident while I waited.
I am very happy with the beautiful tattoo I received and plan to return for more tattoos from Alec and tomato tattoo, including a touch-up soon.

Took my uncle to get his 3rd tattoo yesterday (he has MS and stopped driving ages ago). Everything was great! we loved Van! he was our tattoo artist. He was super kind, chill, and (of course) talented! Made everything cleanly, easy, and comfortable! it was nice of him to let me watch since initially I felt like I would be in his way, but he assured me I was fine :)
10/10 recommend Van for your next tattoo!
I forgot to take a picture of the tattoo after it was done 😅 but I'll add one to this review the next time I visit my uncle :)

I’ve been to tomato tattoo 3 separate times for a piercing and Shirley has always done an outstanding job. Definitely recommend going to see her for a piercing. She knows her stuff and is very professional. 10/10

I didn’t know where to get inked up here in Illinois and I had a hell of a time finding someone to cover up a name. Jermey took care of me. He did excellent work and the customer service was great. I said I wasn’t gonna get any more but now this place has me thinking again. Will post pictures when healed.

Very lovely experience getting our ears pierced with Shirley. I got a second ear piercing, and my daughter (6 years old) got her regular ear piercing. Shirley explained in detail both the procedure and aftercare. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I am usually sensitive to pain, but it was quick and, I believe, less painful than a gun piercing. Shirley explained that the piercing needle is hollow and very sharp, which makes it less traumatic. As expected, my daughter was a bit nervous, but Shirley established great contact with her, and it went well.
