“Had a couple sprays here satisfactory but wanted a little darker. The girl at the desk recommended "double dark" which turned out super light on me. After 7 hours of waiting to develop I called the salon & spoke to manager Katie who had me come in right away (30 minutes before close!) to fix it. Even with a machine malfunction midway & trying to get out for the night she was professional, accommodating & talked patiently with me about possible results, knowing I couldn't come back in the morning (getting on an airplane).
