“Had a couple sprays here satisfactory but wanted a little darker. The girl at the desk recommended "double dark" which turned out super light on me. After 7 hours of waiting to develop I called the salon & spoke to manager Katie who had me come in right away (30 minutes before close!) to fix it. Even with a machine malfunction midway & trying to get out for the night she was professional, accommodating & talked patiently with me about possible results, knowing I couldn't come back in the morning (getting on an airplane). “I have been going there for years and everyone and everything has been great
All the girls are lovely but I have gone into a stand up tanning and only to fine ten of the bulbs were out! So annoying bcoz you have to get dressed again in order to go in another bed so instead I just stay in it Byt what a waste of time and money You would think he staff would have known this ! I let the girl know when I came out!
