Immediate care reception employee was very kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Nurse was professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Murphy was professional and helped me alleviate my pain. I found the 2 women in imaging loud and unprofessional…desk was a hot mess while the were sucking on candy and drinking pop. The nurse that took me to get my CT scan was professional, friendly and kind along with the gentlemen who performed the scan itself. Thank you, Duly for making me feel better since I was 7 hours away from home on a holiday vacay.
This is one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Alicia Salazar was very caring, very attentive and was focused on making me feel better. I got way more out of this visit than I was expecting. I had no expectation that I would leave their feeling better and I did. Her in office treatment and aftercare were amazing. Her nurse technician (Julia) Was also amazing and very thoughtful and helpful. Receptionist was also super friendly and easy to check in. I’ve been here twice in both experiences. Have been great.
My experience at Duly Healthcare in Lisle was very productive
My initial visit was for a suspected hamstring tear. After an initial examination it seemed crucial to determine whether or mot there was and blood clots as the bruising/hematoma on mu upper leg were present. The doctor suggested an ultrasound which was performed in situ showing no clots. Directions were given for post event home care with option to see an orthopedic specialist if progress is not apparent. The doctor as well as all who attended to my needs were very professional while at the same time relieving any angst.
