I had a great experience at Derrick Dermatology for my annual skin check. The staff was friendly and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised to be seen before my scheduled appointment time—no long wait at all! The exam was thorough, and I felt completely at ease throughout the visit. I really appreciate the efficiency and care they provide. Highly recommend!
Everyone was very nice from the check in, to the Medical assistant to the PA who treated me. I had a couple things frozen on my face, another cut off from my face and one on my waist cut off. No scaring on my face was left as they healed. The treatment cut off on my waist is still healing as it’s right at the belt line. The building looked very clean and tidy. I would recommend this location.
I’ve been going to Derrick for years and I’ve always had stellar service but today it was exceptional! Shoutout to the front desk ladies, the medical assistant and my dermatologist today for making me feel so comfortable amongst hectic circumstances/nuances. They were above & beyond with friendliness and support and I literally left better than I came in!! Thank you ?
