I have a pair of shoes that needed the sole repaired and salt damage removed. I also have a purse that needed repair and dying. My sister happened to see Joseph's and recommended them to me, on a whim. I took both items to them and I am so happy that I did. The repair work on both items blew me away. Needless to say, I won't be using the services of another shoe or repair shop because I am very happy with the work completed at Joseph's.

I have to say that this is the second time using this place and they go above and beyond!! The first time I used Joseph's they dyed my leather boots exactly the color I wanted. Not only was it done in a timely fashion the color has lasted several years later. No cracking or fading!!Today I need heels replaced and they did it. The prices are reasonable and customer service is beyond 5 star!

This cobbler does shoe repair like they used to; he always does a great job with worn heels and leather. Once, I brought in a pair of "distressed leather" boots for new heels; he thought the leather was worn out and offered to fix them up. I'm glad he asked before doing anything to the leather.
