Nasty dirty staff, and facility this place should be closed down.especially the caregivers & nurses at night. I am HIGHLY UPSET , if I could give ZERO stars I would 🤬🤬🤬

Awful! My mother was left more than a few times soaked in her own urine, and I frequently witnessed employees using their phones-even when a patient was holding on to them for support. The list goes on and on. I didn’t sleep after the original manager left, because I worried so much about my mother. I had to check on her daily just to manage what they weren’t. I couldn’t wait until I was able to move my mother out of there and into a home that actually cared about her well-being.
