Looking for a last minute nail salon for my mom & me, we came from somewhere else close by because we made a booking but the lady who was supposed to do our nails wasn’t coming 🙄 The manager immediately took care of my mom when we told him we wanted a full set of white a pink! I had to wait a little but as I saw my moms nails being done they looked amazing! It’s what she wanted, as I got attended by Julia I showed her pictures of the style I wanted & shape! Should’ve read the reviews. They tried to charge an extra 5 dollars over the posted price of kids mani/pedi after we already started. She told me it’s an old price. Then charged an additional $5 because my daughter wanted multiple colors. Same amount of polish, just multiple colors. ZERO customer service etiquette.
