I have service at my Home and Office in the City. Rich & Joel were great to work with. We had a short at the house on a panel and it was rectified by the next day. I appreciate having a local family owned business as opposed to a conglomerate when it comes to protecting my family and business. Their technology is on par with any other companies I have seen, but it's the service that makes a difference. What a relief to have a local company that you can call and speak to a live person who actually "gets it." Becoming rarer and rarer these days. I recently was referred to M&R by a colleague. I wanted to address a few security concerns at my property. A few things that I was immediately impressed by, their knowledge of the business , professionalism, and variety of options they offered. After I tried all the online wireless security systems I finally needed to get a professional involved. They took the time to walk my property, provide a variety of options and help me understand the best way for a true security system. Their craftsmanship was top notch and product quality was better than anticipated. If you need a true security professional I would definitely pick up the phone and call M&R.

Just wanted to post a quick comment to say how happy I was with my choice to choose M&R for my home security installation and monitoring services. I saw a yardsign in my neighbors yard so I decided to check them out. I had a salesman come out a few days after I called and received a quote soon after. The pricing was fair and on par with the other quotes I got so I moved forward with their services. They were able to schedule my install a week later and the tech that did the work couldn't have be nicer or more professional. Everything is working great and I really appreciated the easiness of the entire experience.
