“Worked with David and the team to install a soffit and fix an issue with cold/draftiness for the north-facing exterior wall of our house. David listened and provided suggestions to diagnose and create a plan to fix the issue that was ultimately tied to improper insulation work from a prior contractor (decades ago) that was exacerbated by wear and tear over time. From there, Tony and the team worked quickly and neatly to complete the work, taking extra care for a few fit and finishes (re-painting a light fixture). David's professionalism in communicating scope, timing, and updates demonstrated excellent customer service, making the home repair project less stressful. Thank you!”

“What a pleasant experience dealing with Len Roofing, from the initial meeting and estimate through the final cleanup, everything went as planned. Mark, the owner, was very patient and answered all my questions about what was to be done. Julie in the office was in constant communication with us and kept us up to date on when the project would start. She answered any questions we had promptly. Samples were dropped off, colors were picked and the roof was replaced in a timely manner. Manuel and his crew were very efficient and knowledgable. The work went as planned and completed in a couple days. We had cell numbers to contact the owner, Mark, if there were issues. After the roof was completed and the area was all cleaned up another employee came by and swept the entire yard (magnet) to insure there were no stray nails. “I had purchased replacement windows from Lake Cook Exteriors many years ago. The best money I have ever spent on the house - they look and work great. Unfortunately, one of the windows fogged up indicating a seal had failed. I contacted Lake Cook and they advised me it was covered under warranty. They asked me for the serial number of that specific window. I emailed it to them along with a photo of the cloudy window, and they ordered and installed the replacement - no charge. Great service and great product. I highly recommend Lake Cook Exteriors!”

They came out, provided the estimate proposal by email for our review then we scheduled a deposit payment and the work to be completed. The completed work along with a professional roof report was delivered in an efficient and professional manner.
