She is very down to earth and sociable. She was maticulous with her set up and opened all packages infront of me and my wife. She made quick work with my piercings. She showed great patience with my daughter who needed some encouragement on the second ear piercing, but Katie was awesome and provided time and kind words to help my daughter to be ready for the second piercing. After it was all done, my daughter was laughing and smiling and picking out her future earrings.
