I cannot recommend Katie to enough people. She has done permanent makeup and several piercings for me. Her knowledge of her craft is outstanding. But she also goes above and beyond for her customers. I had a medical procedure that required my piercings to be removed. She got me in the day before to change out the metal jewelry for glass/plastic retainers. I couldn’t get back in until after the weekend and managed to lose one of the retainers on a newer piercing. She squeezed me in over her lunch and managed to save the piercing! She is that good. Go to her. You will not regret it.
Katie at Highbrow is absolutely amazing! Her service is stellar from start to finish. Everything is incredibly clean and professional, and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Katie is also super friendly and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. The location is great, and the energy of the space is just wonderful. Katie is top notch. I have been going to her since she opened and absolutely love Highbrow for all my piercing (5) and tattoo needs (2 so far and more to come). She always listens to my ideas and provides exactly what I invision. She is amazing at what she does. Sessions with her are more like a friendship than just another client.
