    I don’t know who the girl was at the desk. Blonde hair with tattoos, but i absolutelyLoved her! She was so kind and was talking the whole time, made me feel really comfortable! Expecally for my first time being there. Very clean, professional place! Most definitely will be back!Service: Body waxing

    Love all the staff, comparable prices to other salons. They offer tons of services! Hair cuts, waxing, nails, etc. Plus a small shop to browse while you wait that has cute clothes and jewelry.

    I am over this salon. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and I can't take it anymore. From never receiving a call back when I've left a voicemail to not being able to go in to have tips replaced when the set isn't even 24hrs old, because the associates there don't know how to do gel???? That makes no sense to me. Issues with getting appointments b/c I have to stay up with texting my stylist to remind her to get me on the books. I'm so done with the lack of good customer service in this town. If you want to be a high end salon and charge high end prices, then maybe you should make your staff make it a priority to return calls and do a good job the first time so that you don't have to look elsewhere. I spent on average $200 every 6 weeks and had multiple services and I won't spend one more cent. Yes the staff is lovely but lovely doesn't get you all the way. My kindness is done being taken for weakness

    When Jasmine was working she did SUCH a good job. It’s a shame she left. I returned to the salon hoping to find a new stylist. They assigned me to Ashley and she completely butchered my highlights. I had bleed marks on my hair and it was super brassy. I called back immediately after and asked for someone to fix my hair. Whoever I spoke to assured me that they would have someone there to fix it for me.. I arrive for my appt and who do they have standing there waiting for me? Ashley.. I was mortified. I allowed her to try again purely because I was desperate and going out of town the next day. She proceeded to just absolutely bleach my hair on top to attempt to hide the bleed marks. I ended up having to go to another salon a month later (was giving my hair time to recover from the bleach) and fork out the money for someone else to fix my hair. Needless to say I won’t be returning. Pics are from the first highlight appointment. I asked for thin, natural highlights and that’s what I got.Service: Highlights
