Barbara is fantastic! We just moved into an older home in the area. Barbara helped us find window treatments that complemented the home's character and helped with energy efficiency. We used Window and Wall Concepts when we needed blinds in several rooms of our new house, as well as shutters on the front rooms. We wanted to work with someone local, and were very pleased with the customer service Barbara showed us from the moment we contacted her to the completion of the project. She was helpful in guiding me with selections in her showroom, and also came to our house with samples so I could see the colors against my walls and window frames. The individuals she used for installation were highly responsive and professional as well. We were so happy with the service we received and would definitely use her again!
