Back from vacation and no heat in my house. Problem was fixed but reoccurred. They will come out again at no charge and I know they’ll figure it out. Moe was the tech. He was on time, professional and have me some good tips on the running off my type system. I am always impressed by Toptech and thankful for them.
I had a mold problem from a leaking toilet that couldn't wait..I caked on Friday and they came out Monday for insurrection. Jerry and Ceasee were very efficien and professional. Gave me a card for Excel mold remediation. When that's done they'll take care of the leak. They couldn't fix the leak because mold is bad for breathing. Mild cc. coming this evening. When that's fixed they'll fix the leak in the toilet pipe. Very satisfied.
Brian did a repipe underneath our kitchen sink, and wow, he did a fantastic job!! The plumber who installed a new kitchen sink several years ago did a really poor job with the pipes-they looked like a mess, and we experienced repeated leaks over the past few years. Brian corrected the inferior work, and we could not be happier with the result. He has a great personality, easygoing, pleasant and professional. Also, the communication from TopTec regarding the appointment and service times was excellent. I highly recommend TopTec and will definitely be using them again when the need arises.
