Studio Elevate Fit is truly something special. The classes are incredibly effective- challenging, energizing, and designed to make you feel stronger every single time you show up. Every instructor is fantastic: knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of each class. Sarah’s classes are my absolute favorite. Not only do you get an amazing, challenging workout, but you also leave feeling uplifted. She weaves in powerful messages of body positivity and self-love that we don’t often hear enough in the real world. It’s the kind of place where you build strength both physically and mentally, and I can’t recommend it enough.
