From the moment I walked into the building I could feel the respect this establishment has for its patients and their needs. Being a new patient they did a thorough exam to get a base and explained everything they were doing and why. After my cleaning they discussed my needs and gave me time to decide how I wanted to go forward. It was nice to get pricing along with options so there were no surprises. It was a most relaxed setting I feel I ever had going to a Dentist office.
I have always been a terribly nervous dental patient, but beginning with Dr. Potts has changed that! He is so kind and so patient that when I leave his office I wonder why I was so anxious about an upcoming dental visit. I wish is had always been one of his patients!
A dental gem in Libertyville, my wife uses them and due to some issues with my other dentist recommended them to me and I am so happy to make the switch. They truly care about your experience and especially wish to lower any anxiety or pain.
