Giving a shout out to L.A. Tan at 1416 S. Milwaukee Ave. in Libertyville. First time going there to tan and called first to get info. Allison was great on the phone. Knowledgeable and very polite. But Donna was exceptional when I went in. Greeted me by name every day with a smile. Answered all my questions patiently, offered suggestions and was generally nice. I believe in acknowledging good employees. They definitely have my business. Thank you.

this salon is much better than where I used to go. everyone is so nice here and their lotion selection is amazing! I'm always trying new lotion so its perfect. Never have any issues when I come here.

Olivia took care of me today. She was extremely helpful during a very busy time. Also when the system wasn’t cooperating, she handled the situation with great interpersonal skills and patience to ensure proper customer service. Overall great experience.
