While we appreciate Mr. Prorok’s review, it is inaccurate and therefore we need to respond to the false allegations. We supplied tax returns to Mr. Prorok with the information he provided to us. Mr. Prorok’s return was completed in February, well before the filing deadline. At that time Mr. Prorok should have reviewed his tax return prior to signing and filing. It would be our recommendation for Mr. Prorok to review any work performed on his behalf that he review the information prior to signing and filing.
