I had Eiserman for my lawn services for two years. They are more expensive than other providers and I was willing to pay this for better service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My ‘spring’ cleaning was done at the end ofJune. I don’t believe they came again until my ‘fall cleaning’ despite having agreed to 6 visits. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to schedule interim visits. At the end of the year (Dec) they just billed for what they planned on providing but ran out of time due to being2-3 months behind on all services. Over the course of my two years they went through 4 account managers. This service is to be avoided.

Called to inquire about getting some design work done. Spoke with the owner, who said he'd be out to look at my property. He never called me back.Then I called the office, spoke with his secretary. I said, "Just checking - does the owner have no intention of calling me back? Is my business not important to you?" She said she'd check with him.Since I never heard a call back, I suppose my business was not important to him. If I could rate at zero stars, I would.
