We had Ken out today to repair three different locks with issues at our home. He was a wonderful tradesman! The quality of the work was outstanding and he was a pleasure to meet. He solved all three issues promptly and went above and beyond to help make sure the doors were aligned properly. One tip, I sent photos to the office prior to him coming out which helped a lot to make sure he had the correct replacement parts on hand.
