Alex did an amazing job of explaining Bath Planet's products, options, and genuinely listened to what we needed and wanted. He helped us determine exactly what was important to us without any feeling of being “upsold” on product options that were not necessary. Alex took the time to explain the whole process and did a thorough job assessing our bathroom and plumbing. I am confident and comfortable with the decisions we made and look forward to enjoying my daily showers in a beautiful space. I feel very confident referring Bath Planet to my family and friends. I love this company and their people. ***** is awesome. She is always asking if we're satisfied with the work as it is in progress and is always answering calls with questions. *****, the installer... I cannot say enough about how skilled and professional he is. Very nice young man and just did such a good job. We had questions about the plumbing on the first day and ***** sent out *** in the morning of the second day. He was great and he explained everything. My biggest fear was plumbing leaks and not because they didn't do a good job,.. just worried in general about new plumbing. No leaks so far and we are happy about that. I am a "Do It Youselfer" but I felt that my bathrooms were too big to tackle. I have now had both of my bathrooms "renewed" by Bath Planet out of ****, **. Each time they did what they said they would, my house was not a big mess at any point, and it was done in the amount of time they quoted me. My bathrooms look great and I couldn't be happier. We had the same installer both times and he was very professional and very friendly. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They earned every one of the 5 stars.
