When buying a house, there are a million options on what inspector to choose. With our first home purchase years ago, we didn't love the report, so we were in the market for a new inspector this time around. We went with Jimmie because not only was the price reasonable, he was very knowledgeable in our dealings before the actual inspection. When the inspection was done, we received an extremely detailed report. Even once it was done, he didn't seem annoyed when we contacted him with further random questions. Very helpful.
