Having my air ducts cleaned is something I had been thinking about for a long time. I finally contacted Becker Superior for an estimate and then quickly scheduled an appointment. I am so glad I did! Not only is our house is so old, but we have done renovations in every room, and we have cats. I knew the ducts would be dirty and...they were. I couldn't believe all of the stuff that was cleaned out of them! The air in my house now feels so much cleaner! The day of the cleaning Zach and Logan showed up on time, respectively wore shoe covers, told me what they would be doing, and answered all of my many questions. If you have ever thought about getting your air ducts cleaned, then DO it, you will not regret it!! I highly recommend Becker Superior, they are phenomenal!!
I am the treasurer and registered agent for Cedarville Area Historical Society in Illinois. Today is Tuesday, December 2nd. Our Christmas potluck for our members is tonight. Yesterday we discovered that our museum was at 40 degrees. We called Becker Superior, who does our spring and fall checks. They arrived within a couple of hours. Our 20 plus year furnace needed approximately $1700 of repair parts. Zach told us we could either repair, parts would take approximately a week, or they could put a new Heil furnace in the next day, for $5000, in time for our Christmas potluck. I called Shawn, the owner, and committed to the new furnace yesterday afternoon. They came this morning at 9:50 am, and by 11:10 am our brand new Heil furnace was working perfectly.
