I have had Family Heating and Air out to my house, I think 4 times now over the years. Each time, I am incredibly happy with the service. Dawn is absolutely wonderful over the phone, and today she went the extra mile for me. I had been dealing with my home warranty company over an issue with my HVAC system, and I called Dawn for some information about the issue. I wasn't expecting anything more than some information on the history of their repairs over the years. She could have simply provided the info and ended the call, and I would have been perfectly happy. However, she took the extra steps to ask follow-up and investigative questions about the issue. My air was out in our home we just bought. I had to call around for company's who work with home warranty. Most companies who i called dont want to work with them! This company came to my home with no issues fixed my air! The guys are amazing and knowledgeable! Ill be doing all my heating and cooling issues with this company!
