He not only took care of the yellow jacket nest but also explained the process and what we could expect in the next 24-48 hours post his extermination. “Had an issue with a swarm of bees that surrounded our exterior entrance at our receiving dock. Truck drivers were unable to access the building. None of the products available at the local stores did anything to the bees. The technicians showed up within an hour of my email, identified the pests as Yellowjackets and knocked them down at that time. Followed up by dusted the nests after a couple days and we haven't had a problem since. Greatly appreciated their help!”
