I’ve been a Plunketts customer for 3 years now. Living in a garden unit, we get a lot of bugs 🐜 and we do annual ant and spider treatment. Alex called me to arrange an appointment time for next-day. He was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Alex explained the type of ants i had, where they were, and how he was going to treat the area. He gave me clear follow up explanation and expectations. He also did a spray around the whole home exterior. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional!
Joshua Jenkins does a great job. He’s diligent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He followed up to see how the 1st treatment went and came back out with no problem to re-spray with a special solution he had put together. I would definitely recommend Joshua and Plunketts!
