Our Service Technician Ted was awesome - I was told by Customer Service to expect a call from Ted within a 24 - 48 hour period - he called within 30 mins and was at our home 5 mins later. He not only took care of the yellow jacket nest but also explained the process and what we could expect in the next 24-48 hours post his extermination. Would definitely use Plunkett's again based on my experience with Ted!!

I’ve been a Plunketts customer for 3 years now. Living in a garden unit, we get a lot of bugs 🐜 and we do annual ant and spider treatment. Alex called me to arrange an appointment time for next-day. He was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Alex explained the type of ants i had, where they were, and how he was going to treat the area. He gave me clear follow up explanation and expectations. He also did a spray around the whole home exterior. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional!
