We had a great experience. The scheduling process was easy. Mr. Dawley who provided our service was prompt, professional, and an expert at his craft. We will definitely use Bel-O Cooling, Heating, & Plumbing again.

Shawna Smith was our technician. She was polite and knowledgeable. Not completely sure yet if our ac issue is resolved as it would not act up while Shawna was here. She gave it her all and I could tell she wanted to exhaust every option she had to find the problem before she headed out. So far our ac is still running great so it might have just been one of those fluke things.
