“Roots did an outstanding job with the flowers for my mother in law’s service, including a last minute arrangement when I realized the afternoon before that we didn’t have flowers for the memorial/picture table. I’m pretty peculiar (read: picky and not easily impressed) so I was skeptical but the funeral director put Bill on the phone and he intently listened to my vision and let me tell you, he DELIVERED. The arrangement had that perfect “English garden” feel to it that I wanted, and I actually ended up using the arrangement as inspiration for some of the planting we did in front of the house this season. The other arrangements were also wonderful.“
