Destiny Dental - Lansing IL

Referred here from another dentist to see if a previous root canal and crown treated tooth could be saved. Unfortunately it couldn’t but another tooth was acting up and needed to be removed. It was way in the back, in an awkward location but Dr Chavon was amazing. Not only did she accommodate my emergency tooth situation, I barely felt the needle and she removed tooth so fast, I am still in awe. All I felt was a minor sting and mild pressure and boom it was out. I was experiencing tears of joy and Dr Chavon allowed me to hug her. My teens had a great experience at Destiney Dental Lansing location! Leslie and Dr Archer were professional, patient and supportive.
Dr Archer did a good job identifying the issue for one of my kids and explained the importance of taking care of his teeth.
The staff worked together and were very professional, the office is clean and easy to locate. Keep up the good work!

Been coming here for years now and I must say, the front desk makes a disappointing first impression every single time. The tone and attitude from these ladies is awful. And do not even get me started on the waiting time. It is absolutely ridiculous! They even got a baby up there with them, that is so unprofessional, is there any management happening here??
They need to do better training or something, however the doctors are great! Very nice, it honestly what keeps me coming to this place, hence the 3 stars. If the wait time was less, 4-5 stars for sure.
