Technicians are pleasant and efficient. Those who do pedicures should put a little more effort into feet. Clients don't want their toes polished, they want their feet refreshed. Dead skin removed, etc.

I am new to this area so was looking for a new spa that I can eventually become a regular customer. I patronized a different location previously but prices wasn't something I was ok with long term for basic service. My daughter recommended this location despite the reviews. I arrived at 3pm for my 3pm appointment, I was asked to sign in. It was pretty busy I thought to myself on a Wednesday. There were plenty of customers waiting for service. I waited about 17 minutes before they came and got me. I was seated in the pedicure section and was able to soak my feet while waited for my pedicure technician.
