“I've always been a fan of Sports Clips & this is my go to every month but Joann is the reason I'll never go anywhere else. No one has ever listened to me and really understood my hair better than she has (if that makes sense ha) & I really appreciate her friendliness and engaging conversation, making it a pleasant experience every time.
