From making the appt to leaving, the experience was wonderful every step of the way. The person who answered the phone when I called was kind and thorough, answering all questions in a not-rushed manner. When I walked in, the salon looked serene, clean, calming and inviting. One of the gals helped my friend and me choose a color and answered our questions. The nail specialists, Katrina and Michelle, did a wonderful job on our nails. We were very pleased with the end result. We both noticed that the tools are clean and new, as they were pulled from a new package. We appreciated the sterile tools. We agreed that we'd both come back.

Loved: Can book appointments online and they were on time when we arrived. Good service and polish has lasted. The pedicure chairs were really nice and the hot stones were a lovely added touch. Nice ambience, decor, and the space is clean and quiet.Room for improvement: Forest did not honor an online sale that is posted for a discount on your first service. Simply said it was posted on Instagram a long time ago. Suggestion to take it down if no longer honoring. Also, they do not offer a rewards program which basically every spa (even Tricoci which is high end) and nail salon (something simply like a punch card at most) have these days.
