I had an appointment earlier in December to repair the display on my Kindle. Ethan looked at the device and determined his repair cost would exceed the cost of simply replacing the Kindle. He did some limited research on which type of Kindle would be the best to replace mine with. During my visit I took an interest in their various protection plans and was amazed at all the devices they offer protection for. It ranges from cell phones to dishwashers and other major Kitchen appliances with very attractive coverage terms. It so happened my iPhone screen had a crack and while there he repaired the screen. Mike is my hero. I brought my phone in because I cracked my screen and he quoted me the best price to get it fixed. Then… he pulled off the screen protector I was convinced I didn’t have. He gave me a free, new screen protector. Amazing customer service all around.
