I started the adult program back in June. I was looking for something close to home that I could a get a workout and learn a new skill. The martial art classes are 30 minutes and are twice a week. Along with the classes you also get access to fitness classes . What we are learning in MA class is often reinforced in fitness. In fitness , we do something similar to kick boxing.In MA class we have a curriculum that we use to help us focus on the different skills and that help you to reach the different belts. I’ve been working as an Instructor here since March, 2023. It has been a fantastic experience every day I walk in the door. The owners are great on the mat, and behind the scenes running the business.I’ve trained in multiple disciplines based in California before coming here, and this school is hands down the most student focused place I’ve trained at. I’m excited to come into work every day and be a teacher, as well as a better Black Belt.Highly recommend ???

I can’t say enough good things about the adult martial arts class! No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always leave class with a smile on my face. We laugh, we punch stuff and we learn so much. Master Kera is the best teacher! She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and fun! I highly recommend LZFMA!!!
