The owner Kera is the heart and soul of the Dojo with a contagious energy that instantly feels like a family environment. With unlimited classes per month, children and adults can learn valuable skills, including top notch self defense and CPR classes, while having fun. The instructors bring their passion to every class and are very involved in the community. Parents appreciate the organized facility and the staff's ability to bring out the best in their kids.

my husband and I wanted to get healthy so we could spend lots of years with our 2 month old granddaughter. we are both in our early 60's and wanted to find a way to exercise and learn a skill that would be fun and in a enjoyable environment. we decided to try Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts. the owner Kera is the heart and soul of the Dojo. she has a contagious energy that instantly feels like a family environment. the adult martial arts class is challenging and very rewarding. so glad we joined
LZFMA knows how to work with people and provide the kind of training and support they need. They are great with all kinds of people, but especially kids. Love their Dojo Party. It is a marriage saver! 😅We are so lucky to have them in our community!
