Shannon helped me donate my hair and cut it to a new style that I enjoyed! It was quick and great!! I loved the treatment and care they provided along with their kind demeanor. She had another associate that did the same for my brother and I hope that they both get a raise because it was exceptional service.

Joanne has been cutting my hair for over a decade. I followed her from Palatine to Lake Zurich. She's such a fun person to talk with and has always, always given me great cuts!

nicki always does such a great job cutting my hair, she's so sweet and talented! I enjoy coming to this great clips everytime. everyone is always so kind, and I'm usually not even waiting that long despite the fact that I always just walk in rather then book. I highly recommend!
