Joanne has been cutting my hair for over a decade. I followed her from Palatine to Lake Zurich. She's such a fun person to talk with and has always, always given me great cuts!

nicki always does such a great job cutting my hair, she's so sweet and talented! I enjoy coming to this great clips everytime. everyone is always so kind, and I'm usually not even waiting that long despite the fact that I always just walk in rather then book. I highly recommend!

Ok, anyone reading or writing a review for Great Clips needs to know what they are getting into. This is a quick low cost haircut place and if you read negative reviews it seems as if people dont understand that. I have been coming to this location for years and I've had good haircuts and bad ones. For context, I'm a person that appreciates high end things and this is my one low cost service my friends like to joke about. There are a few people working here that are outstanding, one being nicole. I've had a a few haircuts over the years that are really bad but you need to know this going into it. All in all this is a clean, friendly, and overall good place. You get what you pay for and besides that this place is a thumbs up.
