These guys are great. Totally responsive, very thorough, kind, considerate and trustworthy. They do great work and they stand by it with a guarantee. One of the cracks they repaired started seeping again several years after they did the original fix. They came out and resolved it without hesitation. Just a really great company.

The Protector provided me with maintenance of my sump pump. They schedule on a timely, responsive basis, show up when they indicated, presented professionally, explained the process as the proceeded, & were most reasonable with charges. I highly recommend them.

I used Basement Flood Protectors for sump pump installation at my old house and called them again when I needed a new one at my new house. They are so professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!
